  • What are the advantages of buying a home or villa from you?

    Know that we build to the Thai building code and even better where we believe the standard isn’t high enough to last.

  • What is the process for purchasing a home or villa?

    Review the plans, selections, materials, location and contract thoroughly.
    - Get a solicitor to help with the legal documents.
    - Put a deposit down to buy the property. The rest of the payments will be based on completion of various stages.
    - Depending on how fast you are with the paperwork and deposits, it can take 6 weeks to complete this process.
    - It takes around 8 months to build, depending on weather, any choices you need to make and any delays in materials or suppliers.

  • What kind of customer service is provided before, during, and after the purchase of villa?

    Before - We’ll help answer any questions, help you understand what’s included so your expectations are met.
    During - You’ill be able to visit while we’re building at 3 stages throughout the build.

    Near the Handover Stage you will walk through your home where we’ll go through if there are any outstanding things that need finishes touches before we handover your home.
    Afterwards - Just call us, you can let us know if you have any questions or concerns afterwards. Rest assured, you can feel like we’ve got your back and only a phone call away.

  • Are there any financing options available?

    Speak to us regarding financing options. Our clients usually have the cash ready-to-go so those who already have their finance in place, will most likely be a part of Stage One. If you need time for finance, jump onto our waitlist for Stage Two.

  • Do I buy or lease the land?

    Usually you can lease the land and buy your house as it’s easier for some people. Consult your advisor to find the best option for you.

  • What is the average price range for homes and villas?

    These villas are competitive with other high-quality architecturally designed villas. There are not many two-story high quality-built homes
