We wondered what kind of guarantee we'd want if we were building our own home, and here it is.
After we finish building and you move in, there's a 90-day defect period during which you can let us know about any issues. We’ll repair or fix anything that requires attention.
Additionally, you're covered by a 12 month warranty for any structural defects in your home. We don’t know of any other builders who offer this guarantee over their work.
Building Licence & Thai Standards.
We hold a valid license for construction in Thailand. We adhere to Thai building standards, ensuring the necessary inspections are carried out throughout the building process. Unlike some builders who may cut corners, our commitment is to build homes that stand the test of time.
Above & Beyond. Quality Standards.
We build above and beyond by incorporating Western building standards when needed. This means reinforcing concrete, implementing white ant and termite barriers, and optimizing water drainage on-site, planning for the wet season. Our dedication to quality assurance ensures consistent, reliable results.
